miki Berkovich
Miki holds a BA degree in Economics and Management from Ben Gurion University in Beer-Sheva and an MBA specializing in Strategy and Entrepreneurship from Tel-Aviv University.
As a former Economist and Analyst in “Economic Models”, owned and managed by Prof. Yaacov Sheinin, Miki’s interest in business, finance and economy began very early in his career.
Miki has extensive experience in M&A, Strategic Consultancy, Business Development, Business and Financial process lead, Due Diligence management and Economic Evaluations, in Israel and abroad.
Miki’s expertise is within various industries, such as:
Services, Trade (Import/Export), Manufacturing, Hi-Tech, Consumer Products, Real-Estate, Entertainment, and more.
Here’s a brief timeline of Miki’s experience:
Manager at BDO Consulting Group and consulted various M&A processes, Business and Economic Evaluations, Due Diligence processes, etc. Business Development Manager at DBSI Investments – a privately held investment firm, with an annual turnover of more than 2 Billion NIS. Head of Mergers and Acquisitions/Investment banking team at BDO Israel.
In 2015, Miki founded Israel Deal Flow Investments Ltd., IDFI, specializing in advisory and execution of Israeli related M&A processes.
Miki has led M&A processes for investment organs, private or public companies and other significant international firms while also participating in Boards and leading “Unlocking Value” efforts
Jonathan Gadish
Jonathan is a former navy officer with an Industrial engineer degree from Tel-Aviv University and an MBA from INSEAD.
After a successful six-year career at Tefen Management Consulting, where Jonathan Executed and led through different projects in various industries and countries while Delivering tangible and measurable bottom-line results; Jonathan came back to Israel and created CAR2GO - a blue ocean spinoff from the traditional car rental business. CAR2GO’s experience included: creating an organization from scratch, raising funds, lobbying and creating a new market space.
Once making CAR2GO a profitable company fueled for growth, Jonathan was recruited by Hilti, a Multi-National Corporation in the world of construction. He Began his journey with Hilti France and learned the business from the ground up. within two-years Jonathan became General Manager in Hilti Israel. Jonathan successfully turned around Hilti Israel and brought it from a losing branch to a high performing earning company. Jonathan was also a member of the Hilti Eastern Europe Leadership team, that led and steered regional efforts including an acceleration program in Italy and “Market organizations of the Future” that managed to turn around several market organizations in Eastern Europe.
In 2020, Jonathan decided to combine his experience in consulting, entrepreneurship and global corporates, with his true passion to turn around businesses, He joined forces with Miki to form BOOST.
Harel Hizkiaho
Harel comes from a family of bankers, and followed this tradition when joined Bank Leumi in 2007.
Over 15 years Harel has moved through 5 different main positions in the bank starting in Middle Market Commercial Business Division as an analysis economist and a Customer Relations Manager of different branches.
The role entitled leading a team of bankers and economists to analyze, structure and execute credit requests. The role demanded banking knowledge in a diversity of fields of the Israeli market, such as services, manufacturing, wholesale and retail.
Later on in his career, Harel moved to the manage a team in the Corporate Division dealing with Large Enterprises specializing in the Chemical and Pharmaceutical segment. The role demanded in-depth market analysis and some of the more complex credit solutions that the bank can offer his largest and most sophisticated clients.
Harel holds a BA from the College of Management specializing in Finance and Economics.
In 2022, Harel joined his father and ventured an investment company joining the Rassin and Hizkiaho Families together. The first joint aqcuisition was the purchase of G.B. Cement for Trade and Investment, a company which was starting it’s way in the Cement Import business. Harel has helped building the team and moving the company from it’s losing state to it’s new format successfully.
In 2024, Harel decided to join forces with Miki and Jonathan in BOOST, Completing their team.
